The Metro Pup SA onboarding process is very thorough and can sometimes take up to 7 days from your initial inquiry to the time we can begin dog walks or pet visits. An initial in-home meeting is required. This gives us the opportunity to meet in person, show you our credentials, and ensure a paw-some fit. Metro Pup SA typically schedules meet and greets about one to two weeks in advance.
